You are required to make clear video documentation (unboxing video) in 1 video session (without editing), starting before the original packaging is unpacked, opening the package, to removing and/or counting the contents of the package one by one.

We will only accept claims for a full refund accompanied by an unboxing video with the conditions above, and meet the following requirements:

• The item you received is entirely different from what you ordered.

• Items must be returned within 1 day from the date the package was received.

• Item must be in its original condition.

• Items must have all tags attached.

• Items must be photographed and recorded in their original condition complete with box and/or plastic wrap that includes a shipping label.

*Notes:

• Goods on sale, goods damaged/expired due to errors and/or delays by the courier, and goods damaged due to the fault of the buyer/recipient, are not eligible for return.

• If the items in the package that you receive are less than your order should be, we will only refund the amount of the price of the goods that are less, and we cannot accept claims for a full refund.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

We will process a full refund via bank transfer (BCA/Mandiri) no later than 3 days after we receive the returned item properly and all of the return requirements above are met.
